French architectural practice founded in Paris in 1973. It was responsible for the Institut du Monde Arabe, Paris (1981–7—with Jean Nouvel, Soria, and Lezènes), the French Embassy, Muscat, Oman (1987–9), the Lycée du Futur, Jaunay-Clan, France (1986–7), the Lycée Jules Verne, Cergy-Le-Haut, France (1991–3), and the European Parliament Buildings, Strasbourg, France (1994–7). It was also responsible for the Church of Notre-Dame de l'Arche d'Alliance, Paris (1996–8).
