Argentina Menis (born July 19, 1948 in Cernele, Dolj) is a Romanian athlete who competed mainly in the discus throw event.
She competed for Romania at the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany where she won the silver medal in the women's discus throw competition.
