• How did you obtain the image? Did you scan it, download it from a website, or some other means? (If downloaded, you should provide the URL of the page where you found it.)

In 2003 I found the CD on eBay and successfully purchased it. That would be how I came across this CD and cover.

• To what extent does the use of the image compete with the copyright holder's rights?

Marginally. It enhances the awareness of the holder's products if anything.

• What purpose does the image serve?

Illustrates her singing career, her CD, and Ariana Richards herself. I would think that this question were rather bluntly obvious.

• How replaceable is the image?

As illustrated by the article, it is irreplacable. Currently, there are no other Ariana Richards photos, and this is the only CD album she created, thus the only pictoral representation of her singing career.
