Arrifana (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɐʁiˈfɐnɐ]) is a Portuguese parish, located in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira. It has a population of 6,544 inhabitants and a total area of 5.32 km². Its postal code is 3700. Its local inhabitants are known as Arrifanense.
Arrifana also has a school, a parish square, a chapel and a monument dedicating to the Peninsular War.
