Plot

As abstract painting gained momentum, New York became the center for an energetic group of Abstract Expressionists. The group included Jackson Pollock, Claes Oldenburg, Roy Lichtenstein, and Andy Warhol. This program reviews their tradition-breaking techniques, and shows Pollock at work.
