Game Description

Ashen sets fast-paced, first-person shooter action in the game world of a survival-horror adventure. Players take the role of Seven River City citizen Jacob Ward, who begins the game in his hometown as it suffers an onslaught of chaotic, supernatural phenomena. Instead of fleeing to safety like his fellow residents, however, Ward knows he must return to the heart of the city to seek out the one person who may yet save it.

As he makes his way toward the source of the chaos, the hero will face seven different types of enemies, each with different abilities and A.I. tactics. To even the odds, however, Ward may find and use as many as nine different weapons, ranging from handguns to grenades and rocket-launchers. Up to four players can cooperate or compete in the game's wireless multiplayer modes, in any of the eight single-player levels or two multiplayer-only maps.
