EC 6.3.5.4; other name: asparagine synthetase (glutamine-hydrolysing). An enzyme that catalyses a reaction between ATP, l-aspartate, and l-glutamine to form AMP, pyrophosphate, l-asparagine, and l-glutamate. Compare aspartate-ammonia ligase.
