Aspidosiphonidae is a family of peanut worms. It is the only family in the Aspidosiphoniformes, which is in the class Phascolosomatidea.[1][2][3][4][5]

The Aspidosiphonidae family is characterized by a oral disk with short tentacles arranged a crecent enclosing nucal organ. Presen a coelomisd canal of sacs not present in body wall Tjh longitudinal muscles layer either continuous or in band. Present anterior and terminal trunk chitinized fo form anal shield, the posterior end usualy likese modified to form caudal shield. Have two nephridia.[1][2][4][5]
