ATF/CREB

ATF-CREB is a family[1] of transcription factors, consisting of the ATF (Activating transcription factors) class, as well CREB (cAMP response element binding) and its subtypes.

Common features are basic zipper type of DNA-binding domain, the sequence 5'-TGACGTCA-3' as recognition sequence and binding as a dimer.[2]
