Game Description

Athena sat on the top of Mount Olympus one day, pondering her existence. She decided that being the Goddess of Wisdom wasn't good enough for her. She concluded that she must leave her castle and head for the Fantasy World, where life as a Princess of Victory awaited.

In Athena, you control the goddess on her quest. Obtaining weapons such as bows and arrows and balls and chains, battle your way through the horizontal landscapes that make up the Fantasy World, gaining experience with each weapon you collect. Enemies such as the Golem and flaming Medusa will try and stop you, so it won't be easy.
