The Atlantic City CardSharks were a professional indoor football team that played in the NIFL (National Indoor Football League) for a single season.
Coached by former Oakland Raider Mike Siani [1] the Atlantic City CardSharks were 9-5 in the regular season, with wins against the Carolina Rays (2), Staten Island Extreme (2), Fort Wayne Freedom, Evansville Bluecats (2), Ohio Valley Greyhounds, and the Greenville Riverhawks[2]. The Cardsharks lost in the first round of the 2004 NIFL Playoffs to the Lexington Horsemen (final score: 45-25) [3]. The team folded after only playing one season in 2004.
