Attila Kotányi (Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈɒtilːɒ ˈkotaːɲi]; born in 1924 in Hungary, † 7 July 2004) was a writer and architect.
He was a Poet with Hungarian as his mother tongue is Hungarian. For two decades he was engaged in philiosophical conversations. He also painted, and was the architect for a factory in Hamburg. He taught for 12 years at the Düsseldorf Art Academy.
He edited the journal Situationniste Internationale.
