Attilio Ferraris (March 26, 1904May 8, 1947) was an Italian football midfielder.

Born in Rome, he played 210 matches for A.S. Roma in Serie A, scoring two goals. For the Italian national team, he won the bronze medal at the 1928 Olympics, and was part of the World Cup winning team of 1934.

He died at only 43 years old in Montecatini Terme, Pistoia.
