Auguste Marie François Beernaert
Auguste Marie François Beernaert (July 26, 1829 – October 6, 1912) was the Prime Minister of Belgium from 1884 – 1894.
Born in Ostend, he was the cowinner (with Paul d'Estournelles de Constant) of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1909. He died in Lucerne.
