Plot

Cathy dons an eye-patch when she goes undercover as part of a plan to expose an insidious black-market pharmaceutical ring. The plot thickens when it is learned that one of the villains intends to wage biological warfare in the Middle East -- the better to foment widespread anti-British sentiment. In one scene, Steed poses as a Russian art dealer.
