Ayagawa (綾川町 Ayagawa-chō) is a town located in Ayauta District, Kagawa, Japan.
The town was founded on March 21, 2006 from the merger of the towns of Ayakami and Ryōnan, both from Ayauta District.
As of 2003 population data, the town has an estimated population of 25,959 and a density of 237 persons per km². The total area is 109.67 km².
