Ayala Malls is a real-estate subsidiary of the Ayala Land, an affiliate of Ayala Corporation, the oldest and one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines, owned by the Zobel de Ayala family. Ayala Malls own a chain of large shopping malls. All Ayala Malls are located in the Philippines. Ayala Malls is the third largest shopping mall chain in the Philippines with 14 branches serving nationwide.[citation needed]
