1. Son of Neariah, a descendant of David through Zerubbabel.
2. One of the six sons of Azel; listed as a descendant of Saul and Jonathan in the genealogy of Benjamin.
3. Grandfather of Shemaiah who was part of the Levite family living in Jerusalem after the return from the Babylonian captivity.
4. The "officer over the house" of Ahaz, king of Judah, who was slain in battle by Zichri, "a mighty man", when Judah was defeated by Israel.
