War games are serious play at B.V.R. Systems. Spun off from B.V.R. Technologies, the company makes military training and simulation systems for air, land, and sea forces. B.V.R.'s line of stand-alone simulators includes flight (F-15, F-16, A-4, and Mirage), ground forces, naval, and weapons systems. B.V.R. also makes on-board systems that function within aircraft to mimic real-life operation and emergencies, including missile launch and collision warning events. Its embedded simulation products, such as the Advanced Trainer Avionics Suite, are installed on training aircraft, as well, to replicate advanced fighter aircraft. B.V.R. has facilities in Israel and Singapore. In 2009 it was acquired by Elbit Systems.
