B2W (BM&F Bovespa:BTOW3) is the largest company's online retail business in Brazil,as a result of the merger between Americanas.com and Submarino.com. The Lojas Americanas Group will have the controlling shareholder, with 53.25% of the new company, responsible for 46.75% Submarino.com. The new company emerges with about 50% of the sector of online sales in the country, and there is a prospect of expansion by various distribution channels, aiming to compete with larger companies in the traditional retail
The company have projects to India, Argentina, Uruguai, China, Mexico and USA.
