No, Gen Naseerullah Babar and Farhatullah Babar are neither brothers nor cousins. They however are from the same village (Pirpiai) and from the same tribe (Babar). They are related in many ways but I know of only one relation; Farhatullah Babar's cousin (Asadullah Babar) is the brother in law of (the late) Naseerullah Babar.
