Plot

A workaholic yuppie has a close brush with death that leaves him with an unexpectedly positive view of the afterlife in director Ali Atshani's lighthearted supernatural comedy. Hamid lives a lavish lifestyle in the city, and he makes more than enough money to afford all the creature comforts. Then death comes knocking on Hamid's door, and the insufferable urban professional is welcomed into the afterlife by his recently deceased uncle and an unfortunate accident victim. But Hamid takes pretty well to the supernatural realm, and spends most of his time playing poltergeist pranks on the city's unsuspecting denizens. Later, when Hamid crosses paths with a pretty female ghost, his uncle assumes the role of an afterlife cupid and attempts to make an ethereal match. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
