Banca Civica is a Spanish lender that was the result of the merger of three Spanish savings banks. These banks are Caja Navarra, CajaCanarias, Caja de Burgos. It later merged with a fourth bank, Cajasol.

On 26 March 2012 it was announced that the group is to be acquired by CaixaBank (la Caixa) for 1bn EUR[1][2].
