The Bank of Scotland (Netherlands) is the Dutch subsidiary of Bank of Scotland plc, part of the Lloyds Banking Group. It was established in 1999 and is headquartered in Amsterdam.
The Bank uses an avant-garde business model to sell mortgages in the Netherlands over the internet and through intermediateries.[clarification needed]
