Plot

This follow up to the original Banner of the Stars series finds the war still raging between humans and Abh. Having broken through what they thought were the last lines of defense, the Abh are preparing to destroy the last of the United Mankind fleet and assimilate the planet of Lobnas. What the Abh forces don't know, however, is that the planet of Lobnas is a penal colony: millions of prisoners inhabit this planet and these hard-edged people are prepared to stage a rebellion that the Abh never see coming. Banner of the Stars II is somewhat unique in that the heroes portrayed on the side of mankind are all criminals.
