Banque Saudi Fransi is a commercial bank that serves both domestic and international customers from three main offices and about 75 branches in Saudi Arabia. The bank provides corporate banking services including financing for international trade, contracting, and structured construction and industrial loans. Other enterprise services include capital market and investment banking. It also provides online brokerage and personal banking and investment services. Calyon, a subsidiary of leading global bank Crédit Agricole, owns about 30 % of Banque Saudi Fransi. In 2008 the company formed Caam Saudi Fransi, an asset management joint venture with Crédit Agricole.
