Though actor Barney Welch may have gotten a late start to his onscreen career, supporting roles in such popular television series as Prison Break and Friday Night Lights seemed to indicate an actor whose ambition served as a comfortable counterbalance to his belated arrival. In 2008, the distinguished-looking player could be seen in the free-love-era CBS drama Swingtown.
