The Bates' Tree Toad (Nectophryne batesii) is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, possibly Republic of the Congo, possibly Equatorial Guinea, and possibly Nigeria. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
