Game Description
Loosely based on the 1989 movie starring Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, Batman for NES is an action game styled after Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden. You will guide the Dark Knight through five side-scrolling stages, battling enemies with either your fists or a projectile weapon. Batman can throw a boomerang, fire a missile gun, and use a disc launcher to take out various foes lurking throughout each hazard-filled area. Players must also master a wall jumping technique, allowing Batman to scale heights by leaping back and forth across vertical passages.
