Plot

After a defeat by the Germans in Libya, the British Allied forces retreated to the Egyptian city of El Alamein. The fierce battle would prove bloody but victorious for the British under General Montgomery, and the outcome would serve as a major turning point in the North African campaign and World War II as a whole.
