Best known for their contributions to the PBS series Zoboomafo, ebullient wildlife filmmakers Martin and Chris Kratt were also the guiding forces behind this cable-TV reality effort. Filmed in some of the most remote corners of the earth, the series found the Kratt brothers trying to "understand" the animals that they filmed by literally living the lives of those animals, armed with only their cameras and a bare minimum of survival equipment. In the first episode, the Kratts joined a pack of wild wolves in chasing down a fleeing impala (the beast, not the auto), while a subsequent installment found the brothers insinuating themselves in a group of North American grizzlies. Be the Creature was first seen October 5, 2003. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
