Beecroft is a CityRail railway station on Sydney's Northern Line. It serves the suburb of Beecroft, a residential area. Beecroft has an island platform in the middle of a reverse curve, and is located on a steep 2.5% gradient.[citation needed]

History
Beecroft station was opened on September 17, 1886.[1] The original Beecroft station was located further south of the existing platform, approximately adjacent to the Beecroft tennis courts. The disused down platform was demolished in the early 1990s.
Beecroft station in its existing location was opened on March 7, 1892. A disused dock platform for produce is located opposite the down platform.
Currently, the station is accessed via an underpass and staircase. The ticket office used to be located in the underpass at the foot of the staircase, but was relocated onto the platform.

The station is accessed via an underpass and staircase. There is no elevator, thus no Easy Access for wheelchairs.
Platforms/Service
The station is served by four trains per hour each way, with additional trains during weekday peak hours. During off-peak hours two of these four train services towards Central terminate in Chatswood.

In off-peak times, this route goes all the way to Westfield North Rocks, but in peak times, the service only goes as far as Oakes Road, Carlingford before returning to Beecroft. Some routes deviate via Range Road, West Pennant Hills. This route runs on weekdays only.[2]
- 635- Operated by Hillsbus, this route runs from Castle Hill to Epping Station or Macquarie Centre via West Pennant Hills and Beecroft Station. This service operates every day.[3]
