The Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center, frequently referred to as BIEL, is a large multi-purpose facility in downtown Beirut. Lebanon's largest such complex, it hosts exhibitions, conferences, concerts, and private events. It opened on November 28, 2001.

Highlights
Phil Collins was a world wide celebrity to visit Lebanon at the 5th of November, 2005. Collins was a part of a charity concert for children cancert at the BIEL; that went to the Children's Cancer Center Of Lebanon; which treats children with the disease regardless of their ability to pay. This concert was a part of Phill Collins's First Final Farewell Tour.
American Pop/R&B superstar Mariah Carey performed the Lebanon leg of her Charmbracelet World Tour at this venue in 24 February 2004.
On the 10th of June 2006 rapper 50 Cent and the G-UNIT performed their first concert in the Arab world at the BIEL.It was the biggest concert in the history of Lebanon at that time. The concert was sold out with the cheapest ticket priced 40 and 50 U.S dollars. G-UNIT performed hits such as In Da Club, Candy shop, Just A Lil Bit,and many more. The concert was a great success with thousands of people attending. The after party was held in the Crystal night club in Beirut with Young Buck and DJ Whookid performing.
At the 12th of April, 2008, David Guetta made his way to Beirut at BIEL. Guetta appeared along with his wife Cathy and performed many hits such as Love Is Gone and The World is Mine.
On July 31 2009, as a part of their "Doll Domination Tour", the Pussycat Dolls will have a concert at BIEL. It is expected to be one of the biggest concerts of 2009 in Lebanon.[1]
