Beliş (Hungarian: Jósikafalva; German: Seedorf) is a commune in Cluj County, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Bălceşti, Beliş, Dealu Botii, Giurcuţa de Jos, Giurcuţa de Sus, Poiana Horea and Smida.
According to the census from 2002 there was a total population of 1,384 people living in this town. Of this population, 99.78% are ethnic Romanians, 0.14% are ethnic Hungarians and 0.07% ethnic Germans.[3]
