Belmonte Mezzagno (Sicilian: Bermunte Minzagnu) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, located about 8 km south of Palermo.
Belmonte Mezzagno is famous for its olive oil and goat's milk cheese.
Benedetto Spera, member of the Sicilian Mafia convicted in absentia of the killings of anti-mafia judges Paolo Borsellino and Giovanni Falcone was born in Belmonte Mezzagno.
