Plot

Canadian Mounted Police officer King Calhoun (Neal Hart) is falsely accused of cattle rustling across the Mexican border in this obscure silent western produced by William Steiner and based on an original (and highly sensational) story, The Fighting Pedagogue, by H. A. Halbert, Jr. Attempting to clear himself of the charges, Calhoun enlists the help of his fellow Mounties, the Texas Rangers, and even the Mexican Army. He still finds enough time to romance the daughter of a prospector. A former cowpuncher, stage driver, and rodeo rider, Neal Hart was reportedly a cousin of William S. Hart. He never achieved the fame bestowed on his relative but spent his entire screen career in low-budget westerns. ~ Hans J. Wollstein, Rovi
