Belstead is a village and civil parish in the Babergh district of Suffolk, England. Located around 3 miles (5 km) south-west of Ipswich town centre, in 2005 it had a population of 190.[1]

Hoard

The Ipswich Hoard was found near Belstead in 1968. This is now in the British Museum, but there are also copies of these torcs in the Ipswich Museum.[2]
