Biography

Mexican singer/songwriter and actor Benny (born Benny Ibarra de Llano), son of rock & roll performer Benny Ibarra, made his live debut on April 30, 1981, soon, playing a role in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar along with his mother Julissa de Llano Macedo and joining a popular children oriented act called Timbiriche. After studying in the U.S., Benny decided to go on his own, celebrating his 20th career anniversary with the release of Todo o Nada in 2001. ~ Drago Bonacich, All Music Guide
