Bentley is a village and civil parish in the Babergh district of Suffolk, England. Located a few miles south-west of Ipswich, in 2005 it had a population of 750.[1]

Bentley has a primary school, a church and a pub, 'The Case is Altered', but it has no shop.

The mainline Ipswich to London railway line passes through Bentley. Many years ago Bentley had its own station.

Motorcycle scrambles used to be held on farmland at the side of the primary school. Large crowds used to gather to spectate. There is a riding school & stables on its edge.
