Bethlehem College is a Catholic day school for girls run by the Sisters of Charity. It is located in Ashfield, New South Wales and was established in 1881. Students are easily identifiable by the purple school uniform - fondly known around the inner western suburbs of Sydney as "Ribena Berries". Bethlehem excels in their sport as well as academically. The school was amalgamated in 1976, when the Sisters of Charity worked in union with the founders of Trinity Catholic College. The school's sole purpose was to educate the religious aspects of Christianity, but this was then altered in 1990, in persuasion by the Board of Education. also it is a school
