Bhagwant Mann (born October 17, 1971) in Sangrur, Punjab, India.

Bhagwant Mann is a well known "Comedy King" in the Punjab region of India. Bhagwant started his comedy career by participating in youth festivals and inter-college competitions. He won two gold medals from Punjabi University Patiala for Sunam College.

"Kulfi Garma Garm" was his first top selling album. In this cassette, Bhagwant Mann gave his insight by his illustration on politicians, policemen, business departments, and sports.

Bhagwant Mann started his comedy album career with Jagtar Jaggi. Together they worked on numerous comedy albums and started a well-known TV comedy show 'Jugnu Kehenda Hai'. But after 10 years they split citing financial reasons and also the fact that Jaggi was not getting full credit. The duo also had some success in Punjabi movies but Bhagwant Mann has not made a movie for over 10 years whereas Jaggi appeared in Asa Nu Maan Watna Da.

Soon after this Bhagwant Mann became partners with writer Rana Ranbir and together they released "Non-Stop". After a short break, Mann's 'Jugnu' character was brought back to TV in 'Jugnu Mast Mast' which ended in 2005. The duo had been very successful but soon after, their popularity declined with the emergence of new comedy stars as Gurpreet Ghuggi, Bhotu Shah and Sudesh Lehri.

At a 2006 New Years TV programme Mann and Jagtar Jaggi said they have settled their differences and wished the viewers "a happy new year". Months later Bhagwant Mann and Jagtar Jaggi were booked to go abroad together to take part in a comedy play in Canada and England. Rana Ranbir has displayed no hard feelings and has gone on to appear on 'Excuse Me Please' and a Punjabi serial 'Manjeet Jagjeet'. Numerous TV shows and acting the the hit movies Dil Apna Punjabi and 2007 release Mitti Wajaan Maardi.

After their return back to India, plans were set to release a comedy album. This was entitled "Haas-Haas Ke" and was released in early 2007.

Bhagwant Mann has achieved incredible success in the world of Mumbai by becoming one of the most popular stars on the hit TV show "Great Indian Laughter Challenge". He was third runner up in the competition. Bhagwant Mann also had a cameo in the hit film 'Apne' which starred the Deol family.

Currently, Bhagwant Mann is still in Mumbai participating in 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge' and it is not yet known what are his plans with regards to a future comedy album or stage play. As of October 10, 2007 a TV show 'Jugnu Hazir Hai' appearing Wednesday nights on MH1.
