The Big Turk is a chocolate bar that is manufactured by Nestlé Canada. It contains pink-coloured Turkish Delight, which is coated in milk chocolate. The 60-gram bar contains only 4 grams of fat, which is advertised as 60% less fat than the average chocolate bar.[1] This is one of the key selling points of the bar, and allows it to cater to those who follow a low-fat diet.
