Biggleswade Town F.C. are a football club based in Biggleswade, England. They were established in 1874. They joined the South Midlands League in 1951 and were founding members of the Spartan South Midlands Football League Premier Division North in 1997.

In the 2008-09 season, they reached the quarter finals of the FA Vase. They lost 5-2 away to Whitley Bay on 28 February 2009, after beating Croydon at home 2-1 on 17 January in in the fourth round, and Market Drayton Town at home 4-2 on 14 February 2009 in the fifth round in front of a record crowd of 718.

On 25 April 2009 the club were crowned champions for the first time in their history after beating Chalfont St Peter 3-2 in front of a crowd of 365. They pipped Harefield United to the title on goal difference having a +59 goal difference to Harefield United's +58.

They are currently members of the Southern Football League Division One Midlands and moved into their brand new Carlsberg Stadium at the beginning of the 2008–09 season.
