Biliary reflux, bile reflux, or duodenogastric reflux is a condition that occurs when bile flows upward (refluxes) from the small intestine into the stomach and esophagus.

It is different from Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), which happens when the stomach acids flow into the esophagus.
