Billy Milner (born June 21, 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia) is a former offensive tackle in the National Football League. He was drafted in the first round of the 1995 NFL Draft, but struggled and his career did not pan out.
In his second season, he was traded to the St. Louis Rams for tight end Troy Drayton. Milner was cut by the Rams the following season.
