Plot

This video presents the story of Anne and Charles Lindbergh. Charles became a hero when he flew across the Atlantic, and Anne accompanied him on later trips. Their love kept them afloat in a sea of controversy, when he spoke out against American involvement in WWII, but their private tragedy -- the kidnapping and murder of their son -- was grist for the public thirst for sensationalism. They became recluses together.
