Bionca (b. 22 January 1967),[2] also known as Bionca Seven, is an American pornographic actress, film producer, and director. She is a member of the AVN Hall of Fame and the XRCO Hall of Fame.[3] [4] She is also the widow of producer Bruce Seven.[5]
She grew up in Long Beach, California, and was the second oldest of four children.[2] She attended a Southern Baptist church until she was nine.[2] She remembers masturbating and having an orgasm at the age of 8.[2] Her father was an alcoholic and used to beat her, then he died when she was 12.[2] After his death she started to experiment with sex and drugs, losing her virginity when she was 14.[2]
She made her porn debut aged 19, when she modeled naked for Jim South, who introduced her to Bruce Seven.[2] Within a few months the pair married.[2] Her film debut was in Teacher's Pet, and she often worked on films that were directed by Bruce.[2] In 1985 she was charged with possessing cocaine and spent four months in jail.[2] The same year she and Bruce separated.[2]
In 1993, Bionca founded the production company Exquisite Pleasures, which she ran with Bruce.[2][5] She co-directed her first video Takin' It to the Limit with Bruce Seven. The video won the 1994 XRCO Award for Best Video.[6] Exquisite also produced the Buttslammers series of all-girl films.
