Poker Guide:

Bird On A Stick

This term describes when a player's hole cards consist of a seven and a two, regardless of suit.

SoundPoker Says: This name is derived from combining a nickname for the seven and the two together. A seven is commonly known as a "Walking Stick" because the shape of a 7 resembles a crutch. A two is commonly known as a "Duck" because the shape of a 2 resembles a duck on a lake. Combine the two names together, and you have "Bird On A Stick".

This is regarded as the worst possible pre-flop hand in Texas Hold'em.
