Bitches

This term describes when a player's hole cards consist of two Queens. This hand is also known as Ladies, Dames, Snowshoes and "Sigfried and Roy ".

SoundPoker Says: Pockets queens are bitterly referred to as "bitches" when they lose a pot, hence where the nickname comes from.

Overall this is a very strong starting hand which should almost always be played. There is a good chance that the Queens will be the top pair or improve to an even better hand such as three of a kind or a full house.
