Robert Cryder (born September 7, 1956 in O'Fallon, Illinois) is a former American football offensive guard who played in the NFL from 1978–1986. He played college football for the University of Alabama.

Bob Cryder now resides in Redmond, Washington with his family. Family members include wife, Lisa Cryder, son Robert Cryder and daughters, Wynter Krallis; Amanda and Jessica Cryder; along with cat Tommy and dog, Dakota. Robert Joseph Cryder, nicknamed Bobby Joe, attend private Catholic school up until high school, where he then attended O'Fallon High. Bob Cryder has three sisters, Diane, Pat, and Sharon. Bob enjoys coaching football, trips to Eastern Washington and spending time with his family.
